Launched in 2017, RCP revolutionizes the doctor/patient relationship by slowly migrating “high-risk” patients to an integrated telehealth model that provides continuous monitoring and care for the ultimate peace of mind.
RCP engaged Shared Vision as its Agency of Record (AOR) to develop a holistic and sustained marketing effort to introduce its new Healthy Connect brand—driving awareness and adoption among three very different customer segments: physicians, seniors, and the children of seniors who serve as caretakers/gatekeepers.
